This morning you will arrive into Amsterdam and be transferred to your Emerald Waterways bessels. After settling into your cabin, take some time to relax on board before meeting your fellow passengers for dinner.
This morning, you will venture into Zaanse Schans, situatued just outside of Amsterdam. Explore the vibrant community, farms and windmills which all date back to the 18th & 19th centuries. Tonight you will enjoy a welcome Gala Dinner hosted by the ship captain.
Today, the ship arrives into Veere where you can visit the Delta Works project. Visit the outer wall, before watching an educational and interesting film on its construction and the floods that preceded it.
This afternoon, you will return to the vessel for lunch before enjoying an afternoons sailing towards Arnhem.
This morning, arrive into Antwerp, Belgium's biggest port and home to the famous Baroque artist Pieter Paul Rubens. Here you can enjoy a guided city tour through the many cobbled streets. Admire the Renaissance Town Hall and unique gothic cathedral, or stop in one of the many quaint cafes.
Spend this morning relaxing and enjoying the views as the ship sails the Dutch waterways. Later, you will arrive into Arnhem, famous for the great WW2 battle and iconic bridge. Today you will take a tour of the Airborne Museum Hartenstein which is dedicated to the 1944 battle.
This morning, the ship will dock in the town of Hoorn where you will be trasnferred by coach to Edam. Known all over the world for its cheese making, in Edam you will take a walking tour of the many sights.
Later, you will be taken on a guided tour of the picturesque fishing village of Volendam, followed by some free time for you to explore.
This morning you can choose to visit the stunning Keukenhof Gardens, situated at the heart of the tulip farm area in Holland with over 79 acres and more than more than seven million tulips. Or you can join a guided bicycle tour of Amsterdam, where you will also have some free time to explore on your own.
